What is Whole Person Health?

 Whole person health is all about looking at you as a complete human being—not just focusing on one part of your body or a specific illness. It means caring for your physical health and your mental, emotional, social, and even spiritual well-being. Everything in your life is connected,  your health care and habits need to reflect and honour that connection.

Instead of just treating symptoms, whole person health looks at the bigger picture:

*How’s your stress level?

*Are you getting enough sleep, eating well, feeling fulfilled?


It’s about making sure all the parts of your life that affect your health are aligned and supported.

The main components that work together to create whole person health are:

  • Mental & Emotional Health: Your thoughts, feelings, and how you cope with life’s ups and downs. Mental health is just as important as physical health.
